Work Experience

The Work Experience programme has been an integral component of the school's curriculum for the past twenty-five (25) years.

Grade eleven students are placed in work stations at agencies in both the Private and Public Sectors to sample first-hand a realistic employment situation and are given a chance to practice the knowledge and skills they have gained in the final two years at school. The importance of the Work Experience programme cannot be over-emphasized since it forms an important part of students' Ministry Certification and is an added advantage when they gain employment.

One valuable objective of the programme is the development of a working relationship among the school, the community and the business industry.

Many students who are unable to move on to sixth form or into tertiary institutions are often able to gain employment at the establishment from which they gained their work experience.

To the graduates, I say let God be your guide as you leave this noble institution.
