Music
As a part of the extra-currricular activities, Jonathan Grant has a band that estalbished my music teacher, Mr. Bennett. In the time sinces it inception, the band has entertained the school at various school functions.
There is also a school choir. In 2004 the school entered
twelve pieces in Music and was awarded five gold medals,
three silver medals, two bronze medals and a certificate of merit.
In 2005 they gained four gold, three silver,
and four bronze awards. Ramone Brown and Romaine Williams entered the
Children Gospel Festival and have reached the
Semi-Finals.
Speech and Drama
In speech they won eight awards, 1 gold, 2 silver and 5 bronze. Mr.
G. Waite is the Speech and Drama teacher.
This year(2005) they were awarded 1 silver and three bronze awards.
Dance
In the area of Dance they won one gold and a silver medal for the
two dances entered in 2004.
